Description
The Guest role allows Administrators to invite any external user to use Nexus for a limited period of time with Read Only permission. Guest users can be provided with permissions to Workspace and Projects when activated.
Steps

On the Navigation menu, click Admin followed by Settings
- Click Invite
- Click the Guest role for your invitation. Each subscription tier has its own number of allowable guests.
An expiry date is shown for each Guest, with a colour indicating the status for the guest user. The expiry date will be visible to the Guest user from their Personal settings.
Grey - The Guest has not yet activated the account
Green – The Guest has activated the account (shown in the example below)
Yellow – The Guest account expires in 2 weeks
Red – The Guest account has expired
